
In 2024, ZONNE started with a plot of land and a greenhouse. Here many hands plant, care for and harvest organic green produce. We couldn’t ask for fresher vegetables and herbs. Picked in the morning, on your plate in the evening

At ZONNE you will always find an abundance of flowers and plants. Both inside and out, you are surrounded by greenery. A lot of time is spent daily on tending to this wonderful flora. Where it started with herbs in the back garden and the occasional lettuce, tomato and pepper, we now enjoy a daily harvest from our nursery. Our green thumbs are getting greener and greener. This way we stay curious and organic. We work with love, care and focus on sustainability of our home grown veggies. Our chefs know exactly what to do with these delicacies. The menus are tailored to the harvest. Especially in summer, you’ll find these fresh ingredients in every dish.
